Ordering & shopping experience
As our orders are carefully prepared as soon as they are validated, we invite you to contact our customer service department as soon as possible at contact@maisonernest.com for any changes or cancellations.
You can track your order in real time via your customer account. A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
Yes, we offer refined Maison Ernest packaging and the option of adding a personalized note when placing your order.
Our gift cards are available on our website, giving you the freedom to choose the perfect shoe.
Payment
We accept credit cards (3D Secure), PayPal, payment in 4 instalments and bank transfers. All your transactions are protected by reinforced security systems.
If your payment has not been accepted, we advise you to check with your bank that the transaction is authorized. Our customer service is also available to assist you.
Delivery
- France: 2 to 3 working days after dispatch,
- International: 3 to 5 working days, depending on destination.
A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also track progress in your customer account.
If your order seems to be delayed, please consult the online tracking system or contact our customer service department, quoting your order number.
Feedback & exchanges
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
- Items must be in their original condition, never worn, and tried on only on a soft surface (carpet, rug, towel).
- Validated returns are handled by Maison Ernest via our service providers (return label provided).
We invite you to follow this procedure: any return made outside this circuit (e.g. direct shipment with customs charges) may result in a deduction of these charges from the overall refund.
Yes, subject to availability. Please contact our customer service to arrange an exchange.
- In the event of a manufacturing defect, your shoes can be restored by our partner craftsmen. Lead times vary from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the nature of the intervention.
- In the event of natural wear and tear, prolonged use or accident due to misuse, Maison Ernest can refer you to its partner craftsmen. In this case, you will be responsible for all costs.
