Orders & shopping experience
As our orders are carefully prepared as soon as they are confirmed, we invite you to quickly contact our customer service at contact@maisonernest.com for any modifications or cancellations.
You can track your order in real time via your customer account. A confirmation email and a tracking number are sent to you as soon as the shipment is made.
Yes, we offer a refined Maison Ernest packaging and the option to add a personalized message when placing your order.
Our gift cards are available on our website and allow you to give the freedom to choose the ideal shoe.
Payment
We accept credit cards (3D Secure), PayPal, payment in 4 installments, as well as bank transfer. All your transactions are protected by enhanced security systems.
If your payment was not accepted, we recommend checking with your bank to ensure the transaction is authorized. Our customer service is also available to assist you.
Delivery
- France: 2 to 3 business days after shipment,
- International: 3 to 5 business days depending on the destination. The fees applied are specified during the confirmation of your order.
A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as the shipment is made. You can also track the progress in your customer account.
If your order appears delayed, check the online tracking or contact our customer service by providing your order number.
Returns & exchanges
You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.
- Items must be in their original condition, never worn, and tried on only on a soft surface (carpet, rug, towel).
- Validated returns are covered by Maison Ernest through our service providers (return label provided).
We strongly encourage you to follow this procedure: any return made outside this process (e.g., direct shipment with customs fees) may result in a deduction of these fees from the total refund.
Yes, subject to availability. Contact our customer service to arrange the exchange.
- In case of manufacturing defect, your shoes can be restored by our partner craftsmen. The timeframe varies from 2 to 6 weeks depending on the nature of the repair.
- In case of natural wear, prolonged use, or accident due to misuse, Maison Ernest can refer you to its partner craftsmen. In this case, all costs will be your responsibility.
