Orders & Shopping Experience
As our orders are carefully prepared upon validation, we invite you to quickly contact our customer service at contact@maisonernest.com for any modifications or cancellations.
You can track your order in real time via your customer account. A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent to you as soon as it is shipped.
Yes, we offer elegant Maison Ernest packaging and the option to add a personalized note when placing your order.
Our gift cards are available on our website and allow you to offer the freedom to choose the ideal shoe.
Payment
We accept credit cards (3D Secure), PayPal, 4-installment payments, and bank transfers. All your transactions are protected by enhanced security systems.
If your payment has not been accepted, we recommend checking with your bank to ensure the transaction is authorized. Our customer service team is also available to assist you.
Delivery
- France: 2 to 3 working days after dispatch,
- International: 3 to 5 working days depending on the destination. The fees applied are specified when confirming your order.
A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment. You can also track the progress in your customer account.
If your order appears to be delayed, check online tracking or contact our customer service team with your order number.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
- Items must be in their original condition, never worn, and tried on only a soft surface (carpet, rug, towel).
- Validated returns are handled by Maison Ernest via our service providers (return label provided).
We invite you to follow this procedure: any return made outside of this circuit (e.g. direct shipment with customs charges) may result in a deduction of these charges from the overall refund.
Yes, subject to availability. Contact our customer service to arrange the exchange.
- In the event of a manufacturing defect, your shoes can be restored by our partner craftsmen. The time frame varies from 2 to 6 weeks depending on the nature of the intervention.
- In the event of natural wear and tear, prolonged use or an accident due to improper use, Maison Ernest may refer you to its partner craftsmen. In this case, you will be responsible for all costs.
